Friendships and social lifestyle

  Personal value and experience of having meaningful friendships is an initial contribution of well psychosocial health!!!!  

A short note is for promoting leisure in social participation for everyone.

We are having 'friends' for a number of different backgrounds and experiences.

It is possible to have a good friend in your precious life; however, having a meaningful activity in a way of social-leisure participation needs to be promoted in between you and your friend's attitude.

One's overall health in both physical and mental health is a nice target for you and your making friendships...In otherwords, you may search a flexible form of social-leisure participation that suited for you and your friends in addition to enhancing the overall health. For example, playing a favorite sport (as a teamwork) is scheduled in your lifestyle which enables such a warm personal relationship under a memorable impression.
