ผมไม่เห็นความ กระหาย ที่จะเอาประโยชน์จากลูกค้า ในอนาคตของเขาแม้แต่น้อย ตรงกันข้าม อ่านไปก็ได้ความรู้สึกเหมือนเพื่อน หรือญาติสนิท เขียนมาทักทาย ห่วงใย ใส่ใจ และพร้อมที่จะช่วยเหลืออย่างเต็มที่

ผมกำลังตื่นเต้นกับ Software ช่วยสร้าง Web page ที่ใช้ง่ายมากๆ ชื่อ BlueVoda Website Builder ที่เพิ่ง Download มาทดลองใช้ โดยมุ่งจะหาทางให้ คนสายวิชาชีพครู ใช้ช่วยทำงานแบบไม่ต้องไปปวดหัว หรือเสียเวลากับการฝึกทักษะทางเทคนิคคอมพิวเตอร์ มากเกินจำเป็น จะได้มีเวลาสนใจสาระ เพื่อสร้างงานคุณภาพได้ง่ายยิ่งขึ้น นอกจากตัว Software ที่ดีแล้ว ผมพบว่า สื่อเสริมความรู้เพื่อช่วยเหลือที่ทาง BlueVoda จัดสรรไว้ให้ล้วนดีๆ มีคุณภาพ ทั้งที่เป็น Video clips เอกสารที่เป็นบทความ และสื่อที่เป็น Animation อีกมากมาย ที่ติดตามได้ทาง Website และที่ผมประทับใจมากๆคือ จดหมายที่เขาส่งมาเป็นระยะ อย่างต่อเนื่อง ผมรู้ว่ามันคือการสื่อเพื่อผลทางธุรกิจ แต่ก็ยังชื่นชมว่าเขา "เนียน" มากจริงๆ สื่อถ้อยคำแบบสุภาพ อ่อนน้อมถ่อมตน และดูเหมือนจะใส่ใจ ห่วงใยเรามากๆ ผมเชื่อว่าด้วยยุทธศาสตร์แนวนี้ BlueVoda จะต้องผูกใจผู้คน และประสบความสำเร็จในทางธุรกิจได้อย่างดี และมั่นคงต่อไปอีกนาน ผมไม่เห็นความ กระหาย ที่จะเอาประโยชน์จากลูกค้า ในอนาคตของเขาแม้แต่น้อย ตรงกันข้าม อ่านไปก็ได้ความรู้สึกเหมือนเพื่อน หรือญาติสนิท เขียนมาทักทาย ห่วงใย ใส่ใจ และพร้อมที่จะช่วยเหลืออย่างเต็มที่หากเรามีปัญหา
