My experience sharing(2) : Learning from central assigment seminar

Administration is meaned "make it possible" in uncertainty and disagreement. This seminar helps us a lot.

                There are central assignment seminar in this week, every participants chose their problems facing in their work to analise and made power point presentation.

                 It's very useful and nice seminar, I have learnt more in the cintents and process. I knowed very much in other health system countries that I could compare with my country.

                 The agreement of this seminar consisted of as following;

1. Everybody is presenter, everybody is moderator.

2. Moderator came from the same group of presenter, hence they could know more about the problems that presenter presented.

3. There is one hour, 15 minutes for presentation, 45 minutes for clarify problems and discussion and 5 minutes for coaching, synthesis  and comment.

                  15 minutes is seemed to be less time, but if the superior or donator give the short time to you for telling him, you should select and summarize all of data to be simple and short presentation. So it's very useful for us to learn to do it. I used to present my research in 12 minutes, it was difficult and challenge.

                  Before I presented, I told my self that coach and other participants would percept the presentation difference from me, because of difference background, context or experiences. So I had to be opened mind to gather all of suggestion and then analyse, synthesize and made decision by myselve.

                  For presenter and moderator, this seminar told us that the time when you presented or moderated was the situation which uncertainty and dysagreement. You didn't know who was the coach, which styles of participants or what was questions from participants or coach. This is the same situation that the manager or administrator face in real situation, the manager have to make a decision under uncertainty and disagreement situation, especially in digital and globalized society.

                  If we are administrators, we have to do everything best under uncertainty and disagreement. It look like the same words as I saw in the meeting room of Flander's pariament building last Saturday that "Never the same, always difference.

                  Summarily, central assigment seminar is very nice, useful. Thank you for coach and all participants.
