วันนี้ดิฉันโชคดีเห็นเอกสารฉบับหนึ่งในห้องธุรการภาควิชาฯ

เป็นบทความที่ อ. นพ.อนุวัฒน์ ศุภชุติกุล เขียนลงใน...เส้นทางสู่HA....พูดถึง Patient Safety Goals
(PSGs)ของแคนาดา ซึ่งจัดทำโดย Canadian Council on Health Services
Accreditation(CCHSA).........พร้อมทั้งมีการระบุการปฏิบัติที่คาดหวังว่าจะเห็นจาก รพ.ที่เรียกว่า
Required Organizational Practices(ROPs) สำหรับแต่ละ PSGs

ซึ่ง CCHSA กำหนด Patient Safety Areas ไว้ 5 เรื่อง ได้แก่ Culture, Communication,
Medications, Workforce/Worklife และ Infection Control อ่านแล้วเห็นว่าเป็นที่น่าสนใจยิ่งค่ะ
