I disagree all benfits of Bioimaging Preclinical researches for clinical use.I have just come back from U.S.National Institute of Standard and Technology as a Guest researcher.

Over there, we belive a concept of Image as a Biomarker of Disease. But I reviewed some Text books and literatures of Cancer disease.False positive can be found in some patients from molecular imaging for diagnosis of lung cancer.

From my opinion, this interdicipline field is important but we should keep in mind that we can apply all these technologies for our country????

It starts from concept of biomedical research such as Cancer disease,In field of molecular biology ; cell image can built in Lab with many techniques so many Bias can occur from Techniques of Vitro and Vivo laboratory methods ; and Instruments for Capture all images including any " content based image retreival and database"What is the best??

Before I came back, My colleague namely Dr.Fheng had design a nanoprobe by computational model to make a better precision.

Hope we can share our Idea.
