บทคัดย่องานวิจัยที่จะไปนำเสนอในการประชุมAPNที่ประเทศสิงคโปร์
วันที่ 27-30 พฤษภาคม 2551 เป้าหมายในการไปนำเสนองานวิจัย ในฐานะAPNที่ปฏิบัติงานในแผนกอุบัติเหตุ ฉุกเฉิน ก็จะนำประสบการณ์ไปแลกเปลี่ยนกับAPNประเทศอื่นๆดูบ้าง
Developing the Accident and Emergency Room-Nurses Core Competencies

This research and developmentaimed at studying the Core Competency’s Accident and Emergency Nurses (CCAEN) of Srinagarind Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University.Data were collected from 17 nurses. The research tool was questionnaires consisted of 2 parts; demographic data and the core competency’s accident and emergency nurses. Reliability was tested by using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient statistical technique, reliability the CCAEN was 0.9921. Data analysis were done by using frequency, percentage, means, standard deviations and Pearson movement correlation. The results of study showed that
1. Average score ofthe CCAEN for whole process was 3.89. The highest score was the co-operation about 4.20.The lowest score was the decision making about 3.68.
2.Average score ofthe CCAEN for whole outcome was 3.77. The highest was the technical knowledge about 3.94.The lowest score was the decision making about 3.63.
3.The CCAEN of professional nurse found that the nurse level3 or beginning nurse were middle score by whole process and outcome with 3.43and3.38 respectively.The higher score by the whole process and outcome was the nurse level 4-5 or doing and developing nurse with 4.16 and 4.07. The highest score by whole process and outcome was the nurse level 6-8 or advanced and expert nurse with 4.42,4.31.
4. There were a significant positive relationships between the core competency ’s accident and emergency nurses and leader ship, problem solving, technical knowledge, decision making, teamwork and co-operation (r=. 964,.961,.938,.929,.928,.902; p< 0.01)
