I'm surprised to see in TIME that Bangkok is still "The Capital of Gridlock"  I think the BTS helps tremondously. We probably can't address Bangkok in one administration or two.

So, "Getting Around Bangkok (ระบบขนส่ง)" might have to address traffic jame issues i.e. best time of day to get around - i.e. avoid rush hours.
