I like Qwen’s response for 3 reasons:
1) refitting education (learning) into ordinary (everyday, Thai culture) environment;
2) using (and modifying) resources (culture, tradition, way of life) already in place within the environment; and
3) the most meaningful learning is from “การได้ใช้ชีวิตกับคนที่มีปัญญาและเมตตา” (though this implies the master-apprentice model of learning, which is no longer common).
Both genAIs emphasize the need for re-training (in coaching skills), interpersonal-upskilling (to be master?) and a change in attitude on teaching. This puts more stress on teachers. Stress can lower effectiveness and even ruin lives. It seems that reforming teachers is in the very hard basket, while reforming (most) learners is easier. Perhaps, a reform can be accomplished (locally) with learner and parents initiatives.
