Would it be possible to add some figures in money terms, so we can see the installation, running and maintenance costs to justify such facility. For examples, cost of the steel frame platform, costs of ‘fit for use’ (UV resistant) durable [polythene] plastic containers, costs or filtering materials and their expected life and their proper disposal.
