I am looking at a ‘blender’ and thinking this could serve to keep enzymes and vitamins and ‘ease of digestion’. But there are other issues. 1) we use steaming to kill germs – soaking in vinegar (1 part in 3 part water) bath for 2 minutes can kill 98% of germs;
2) modern fruits and vegetables can be covered with pesticides that steaming may not remove – soaking in soda bicarbonate (1 teaspoon in 1/2 liter water) bath for 2 minutes can removed most [common acidic] pesticides.

But some foods like [some] bamboo shoots, you need to boil and throw away the [cyanides in] water; cassava, กลอย jam, … here knowledge is needed. Best to avoid these foods if you don’t know or trust the cook.
