Ummh…. It’s a fact that as we get older (from 40 year old) we lose a bit (1-7 cm) of height (due shrinkage in muscles, and gaps between lumbar discs in our spine).
Should we also lose some weight as we get older, too?

It’s not a really bad idea (to lose weight). As it means we have to eat ‘better’, exercise ‘more’ and think more about home, health and happiness.
