We should only eat what good for us and not fall into our “want”. Eating what you want can cause problems for yourself and the healthcare systems.
Again travelling for no purpose but to burn fuel and create more CO2 is not very smart at all. I would feel better if you walk or pedal a bike on your trip. The ‘local’ would appreciate your support as well. (Incidentally, do you know that a lot of food you enjoy overseas are export of Thailand + overseas labor costs + overseas VAT and other taxes + overseas profit+…? This helps standard of living overseas.)
