1. Is a scholarship for a student studying at a particular university? Or is it for a student recipient regardless of education institute or particular course of study?This is about loosen the bond to an institute while developing a career/future.

2. Are teachers or lecturers able to affiliate or teach at multiple universities while having tenure at only one university? Though online lessons can be made available, personal appearance and communication can inspire.This is about sharing teaching resources and levering out lecture quality.
