I read this “..ผมบอกว่าความรู้ขายได้ ทั้งรู้จริงและรู้ไม่จริง ส่วนความไม่รู้น่าจะขายไม่ได้..” and thought about it for a while. I would say “people are hungry to hear (or read or watch) ‘news’ (something new) they think about the truth of what they hear (or read or watch) later (or hardly ever). This the power of ‘rumour’ (gossip), social media and sensationalism (hypes) and white lies. We exaggerate with ostensive well-intension but really for popularity deep inside.

If we can tell exactly what we have witnessed, no more nor less – the truth, the whole truth, nothing but the truth, so help me… ;-)
