I note “ …เป้าหมายใหญ่ เพื่อสร้างขีดความสามารถ (capacity) ๔ ด้าน คือ (๑) เป็นผู้เรียนที่ประสบความสำเร็จ (successful learner) ที่ผมตีความว่าเป็นผู้มีฉันทะและทักษะของการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต (๒) เป็นบุคคลที่มั่นใจตนเอง (confident individual) (๓) เป็นพลเมืองที่มีความรับผิดชอบ (responsible citizen) และ (๔) เป็นผู้ทำประโยชน์แก่สังคม (effective contributor)…” and agree.

I wonder if the ministry of education would consider applying similar to the staff of the department. Of course it would even be wonderful if Thailand’s politicians consider the same as their purpose for becoming politicians.

In short the 4 targets of learning (in the same sense as Sīla 5 –manī-sikha) are for everyone. ;-)
