I think ไฮเตอร์ (Haiter) is a sodium hypochlorite solution or “bleach” and น้ำยาล้างห้องน้ำ is commonly “cloudy ammonia” (probably with perfume added). Mixing bleach and ammonia gives “chlorine gas” in most conditions (and concentrations).

Chlorine gas is of course deadly toxic – as you have found out.

Now a plea for all readers: please don’t pour bleach or cloudy ammonia or any cleaning liquid in any drain – it can get into our waterways (canals, rivers, …) andkill our fish, prawns, turtles, water plants – chlorine gas also kill any aquatic life.

We can give life and gain great merit by refrain from using a lot or dumping soap, shampoo, detergent, haiter/bleach, cloudy ammonia, cleaning agents into our environment. Let us save ourselves, the world, and our children.
