It is sad that we only see trees as ‘wood’ (cows as beef, pigs as pork/bacon, fish as fillet,…). We are blind to see trees as ‘oxygen generators’, ‘CO2 collectors’, ‘climate/temperature moderators’, ‘water reservoirs’, ‘food/fruits producers’, ‘homes’, ‘endorphin=happy feeling inducers’,…

Because trees are valued as wood, we never see the true value of trees.
