1) The said (3) chemicals have been claimed (by producers) to be safe IF USED ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTION and the mixed solutions (should) would disintegrate by UV (in sunlight). Farmers tend to use TOO MUCH and apply without protective gears (I have seen 2-3 people spraying the same field at arm length at the same time (they virtually spray each other too). More often the applied chemicals/sprays get into water reservoirs, into shady areas (no UV), and into human respiratory systems (again no UV), … where the chemicals have time to develop harms to human and bystanders in environment.

2) Chemicals sellers who have stockpiled these chemicals (with no way to dispose of them safely – no other places to sell them and no waste management systems can accept them –cheaply enough) are now looking to use the justice system to allow them to dispose of these chemicals. Shameful harms to people, other lives and generations of lives to come are obviously of less concerns than money.
