As a Buddhist, I read and felt quite comfortable with the content. Because Buddhadhamma never promises ‘personal wealth’ (arising from tanha) but ‘personal ascension’ (arising from chanda), most people in this modern society will be torn apart or oscillating in between. Is there a middle way (on the edge between tanha and chanda) to allow for harmony of living our lives?

I have learned: Buddhism posits dukkha as common and overwhelming our lives, suggests (that we learn with optimism) ‘ways and means’ to overcome our dukkha and to reach ‘perfect freedom’ (nibbaana).
