May I ask for a clue for what “UC” stands for? (Universal [Health] Care? unified communication?, universal control?,…)

Not being a regular reader of your blog, I don’t think I can understand what you are talking about. If your are writing for other people, please give the full phrase before each of the first abbreviation. If you are not writing for other people, what are doing this for?
