I was not to try to control breathing by saying and doing (in,…,out,…) - but to feel what breathing was like - how did my nose feel, how did my chest feel, how did ‘I’ feel,… I was not to worry about what breathing means or could mean or to do better breathing,…

Just look, listen and feel, then I would learn!
