Overseas (like in AUS, USA, EU countries, etc) they talk about 'superannuation' (เงินสะสมระหว่างทำงาน?) and developing 'recurring incomes' before retirement (at 65 years old). In short they have official policies to force people to save (money) for their retirement and they encourage people to look at business activities that would be providing 'regular incomes' while in retirement.

To me growing fruit trees and vegetables (in backyard), living close to a river or a sea or a good forest can help with food and healthy life styles. Debts should not be an option nor maintaining high value assets (remember no-one can take their wealth with them to the world beyond).
