I downloaded a 26-page article with little graphics and found its size of 3MB (most 20 page articles these days come under 400KB and load within 2 seconds). I think the publisher should look at optimizing pdf to improve economy and response time of online journal.

The article is informative and well-written. Salute to the authors.
