In modern scientific thinking, "invariances" are variable depending on some (environmental) 'universal constants'. That is: the laws of physics for this planet/universe may not work (or work differently) on different planets/universes. But the (Buddhist) Laws of Impermanency, 'Kamma', (striving) Citta,... seem 'omni-universal'. So ?
