I think we have not pay enough attention to 'data scientists and data technicians' - important resources for building and maintaining "trust worthy" databases and processing methods, which produce "information" that is useful for decision making and planning.
I heard of many information technologies graduates (masters level in Thailand universities) looking for work and wondered if they have not been adequately or relevantly trained or "data" is not being used enough in organisations.
It looks like Thailand is going to miss "the boat" again when data processing world moves ahead with artificial intelligence (AI) on 'big data'.
