I like the 'diversity' of the salad (in picture) - but repeating 'diversity' may end up as stagnant as monculture ;-)

The title of the book caught my interest. Is this a claim outside Buddhists practice? (Just an attention grabbing title to sell the book.) The Buddha Himself practice meditation for some 45 years (according the Tipitaka and general belief), He was living with many (body) illnesses (as modern medical doctors would argue from the description given in suttas of the Tipitaka). Let us do mindfulness (meditation) for benefits of our mind and if it helps our body feel good - thanks for the ride. ;-)
