I don't know 'that force' (Chi?) at all. It's in the realm that science have not caught up yet. But modern days research into "mind of body" (or "matter" or more correctly 'ability to operate under extreme (discomfort) condition/stress' has shown incredible human enduerance like not breathing for over 5 minutes, diving to 160m depth under water, freefalling from 50Km above Earth, undergoing open-brain-surgery without anaesthetic,...

These acts look magical to us - who have never gone through 'body and mind training'. Modern defence forces do train special personnels for endurance and operability under extreme stress ('think and act' or 'survive and achieve goal'). Wars are afterall extreme conditions. [And now they are trained to let go - relax and accept mundane conditions. Yes. The Buddhist Bhaavana - mindfulness meditation.]

So, it seems that we need more awareness of we do than special ability to do extraordinary things.

As I said I don't know anything about 'Chi'. ;-)
