This is really a big playing field call it "Companion Food" (a food that goes well with other food). In the world where 'bulk food' (a pretty name is 'staple food') will be carbohydrates and fibrous cellurose (not fibres as in dietricians' definition), companion food makes 'that' easier to eat and add 'some nutritional substances' to (poor) people meals.

I think the world is ready for 'medicinal food' as well as 'companion ingredients' (recipes that make some medicinal properties of some ingredients more potent -- work better/quicker in healing/wellbeing/...). And so on.

Forget 'Kitchen of the world' and start marketing "Thai recipes as companion food secret".
