I hear a lot of these:

It is a very reasonable price. = It's the price I (the seller) want (to sell).

It is still too dear for me. = I am interested only at a much lower price. = No! Thanks.

A cheap shot. = a quick/dirty way of attacking/responding to somehing/someone.
