This "หน้าที่ของชาวพุทธ 5 ข้อ" is as written in primary school textbook (for 'civil conduct'?)???

I forget what we 'vowed' when we undertook to become a Buddhist (พุทธมามก), I recently looked at สำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติ http://www.onab.go.th/ and could not find any defintive outline of Buddhists conduct either. Perhaps, we are not waste time questioning but go straight down to 'do' it ;-)
