Is Germany alone in subsidizing farmers? I think the whole Eu is in it (CAP). Someone told me they are trying to make 'green' agriculture (using more green substances and methods) so that it is sustainable and good. But experiences with the 'wine industry' show more farmers grow and sell in black markets. Can you tell us if this is true?
