It was a response for an old blog on มวล that reminded of this puzzle I had left waiting for solutions for a good while. Well I have a solution (to prove that this puzzle can be solved).

Here is my solution:

One solution to
3 water jugs (19L, 13L and 7L), 19L is empty, others are full;
Target: wanted 2 jugs of water 10L each.

13 0 7 pour water in 13L jug into 19L jug empty jug to get
19 0 1 pour water in 7L jug into 19L jug until the 10L jug is full
19 1 0 pour rest of water in 7L jug into 13L jug

12 8 0 7L --> 13L
5 8 7 19L-->7L leaves 5 in 19L
5 13 2 7L-->13L leaves 2 in 7L

18 2 0
11 2 7 19L-->7L leaves 11 in 19L

4 9 7 19L-->7L leaves 4 in 19L
