It is great to have 1669 number for 'emergency' health.

Can we also have another number for for people in non-emergency but weakeningly (or debilitatingly) serious illnesses? Like those described in ข่าวคณะแพทย์ you clipped out.

We are heading into an environment where more people will be connected or online 24/7. The ways we (and government organizations) think and do business are not making full use of this fact and trend. Why do people have to 'go' (in person) to 'the' public administration office to pay car registrations? to notify births, marriages?, ... to 'pay' land taxes, license? ... to 'get' prescriptions and other healthcare services?

Is it not time we try to reduce wastages in transport, at hospitals, working time of people,...?

Isn't growth of economy by wasting resources much worse than (GDP) recession but with an increase in public savings (thus improved living conditions and so on)?

Is it not a time for reforms in politics, economics and social conditions (including education and innovation)?

I apologize for using your space to 'blab out' about changes for Thailand's future. ;-)
