I am proud to be a (not always good ;-) user of Gotoknow.

Can we re-run a distillation project like we did some 3 years ago? This time on 'topics' or 'issues' on education. Perhaps, we may see (at least a clear summary of) education problems and solutions perceived by users of Gotoknow. 

Thailand's education systems appear 'seriously sick' and need 'remedial' attention. Top-down solutions so far have failed to stabilize and may have even worsened symptoms. So, let us try bottom-up approach at least on the web pages.
