I, however, believe that K.Somchai (คสช) is extremely busy in keeping different colors of shirts in-check and will not be as attentive to this weather problem as we'd hope for Thailand.

With regards to the enormous size of recent storms, mainly caused by modern industrialization, would there be anything that we could do to prevent it?

Among many Buddhists back in Thailand, we believe there'll be a catastrophe all over the world soon and that only a handful of those who strictly adhere to the five precepts and do good karmas could survive.

I personally support this idea as it would make our present lives worthy to others in the society and survival would be a very nice fringe benefit indeed.
