Is this the one that puts up an advertisement billboard ("Green...") on a denuded (bare; no-tree) hill --in the same style as the famous "Holiwood" sign--?

Last time. I was in the area, we turned off and went somewhere else --on my comment something like 'funny way they want to be 'green' by cutting down all trees on a hill and growing a billboard instead'.
