I can feel your trouble. The problem is not caused by you yet this what pig growers will say/ (They also say something like pigs are like people - we eat and we let out wastes.) The council in theory should ensure "proper living condition for people" first and humane living condition for pigs next. But in practice, money for their own living condition comes before everything. Pig growers also say it costs money to spray with ,,, (and even to use bio-balls).

In a small room, an electric fan may help (but cost money). In a community, only mass protests to the 'officials' will help (temporary) ;-)
