It was back in the romantic days, when businesses were there to make fair exchange of services for your money.

Today they have discovered that they can make more money like mafias by using 'small prints' (in a large document)  that we never bother to read but sigh on the dotted line -- to signify that we have read and understood that document on conditions of use and services.

Their view: We ask you to read and understand our term of service before you accept it. Why are you complaining now?

Our view: I want to use a service like this and pay for it in a reasonable way. Why are you so greedy and exploiting us?

The consumers protection view: (If we keep quiet, the problems will go away. Thais are lazy and forget easily. Why rock the boats and dirty my uniforms?)
