I followed the link you give (http://homepage.eng.psu.ac.th/adm/akarn/electric-basic.htm) and i found these (below) need proper attention for "public safety" reasons. Please correct them before someone takes the word literally and kill her/himself or someone else.

3.1 ระบบ 1 เฟส จะมี 2 สายในระบบ ประกอบด้วย สาย LINE (มีไฟ) 1 เส้น และสาย Neutral (ไม่มีไฟ) 1 เส้น มีแรงดันไฟฟ้า 220 – 230 โวลท์

3.2 ระบบ 3 เฟส จะมี 4 สายในระบบ ประกอบด้วย สาย LINE (มีไฟ) 3 เส้น และสายนิวตรอน (ไม่มีไฟ) 1 เส้น

Please, please note that "all" electricity wires should be treated "dangerous" (and can kill) until proven otherwise. How do we prove that a wire has no electricity (amp and volt) on? If you don't know that ==stay clear==. Pay a qualified technician to make electricity safe for you and your loved ones.

Writing likeไม่มีไฟ can kill someone. Please correct this web page!
