ตรงนี้เข้าใจครับ

    When everyone has the same (wanted) goal; all roads can lead to the same place (goal).

แต่ตรงนี้  ยังเบลอๆ  อยู่ 

     When there are many goals and agendas, ways people do things may serve their (sub)goals first and may defer reaching the common goal.

     ผมเดาๆว่าน่าจะมาแบบนี้หรือเปล่าครับ

     ยุทธศาสตร์แบบประสานพลัง (Synergistic strategy) ที่จะบรรลุเป้าหมายส่วนตัวและขององค์กรไปพร้อมๆ กัน
