Much the same situation in education systems!

In one way, Thailand cannot afford 'special benefits' to 'public servants' (in comparison to private and self-employed sectors). In another way, employment security is important for stable society. People can plan their lives, families and future with secured employment/incomes.

Thailand cannot afford 'bad apples' in the public service either. It is time to make room for the more willing to serve the public'!
