I am looking for a tool which we can use to look up a word in letter by sound (of the word). Roughly, an online (Internet) dictionary that has "sound-like" (in Thai), English words (in English letters), and ...

For example:

(soundlike) โร --> (1) roe = fish eggs; (2) row = paddle (for boat), arrangement in a (straight) line;

This is more or less a reverse of what provided on Starfall.com.
