Hi Doctor,
A phrase caught me: "...ดูดตะกอนเลนก้นบ่อออกมา ทิ้ง ..." (I pulled the last word out to highlight it.)
Where I live I can 'use' ตะกอนเลนก้นบ่อ in pots and flower beds.
But in hospitals, this may not apply.
The question is how to dispose (ทิ้ง) -in a responsible way-.
Dumping it at 'rubbish tips' (บ่อขยะ) may be the same as 'burying a land mine'.
One day, it will expose its danger or go into underground water (and may hurt innocent people).
It is quite difficult to 'think' about and find a way to ทิ้ง potentially dangerous things.
[Forgive my awkward 'pun' on words ;-) .]
