May I suggest

"(Computer Applications for Administration)" instead of "(computer Applications into Administration)".

Computer applications may do more -- they may provide opportunities "for teachers to learn".

Stop learning and teachers become cheap 3D video-players, replaying their tapes over and over, year in year out ;-)
