I agree -- time and opportunity never wait for anyone. It is silly to waste time waiting for opportunity.

There more than two parties in education. Teachers and children are at the interaction front (the coal face). There are more than two reasons for O-Net results (2552 and 2553). Two possible factors show mismatching of objectives. Children come to school expecting to be taught. Teachers go to school expecting monthly salary.

We should not be quick to blame children, especially children in rural areas - who contributed poorly to O-Net results.
