RFID is no doubt one of the technologies which we can’t never overlooked. Passive tag can operate without battery. However, it is not widely use as expect because Thai companies have not really pay attention to this technology. In other country such as Korean, it used in the products at the supermarket. It can help to indicate the expired date of the products. Of course, logistic and SCM are two areas that really can get benefit from this technology. Since it is cheap and small, it can widely use anywhere.  Moreover, if it intigrated with CRM, then one can collect the customer behavior data in order to analyse and predict customers’behavior precisely.
