What could be more interesting is how to assess 'organizations' (not just 'operating agents'). We have been lacking in diagnostics (methods and principles) and in 'prescription' (changes and catalysts).
We like to be able to tell for example 'what wrong with our company?' and 'what can we do to make it right?'.
Asking the same questions on our life, our country, our environment, and ... we may see changes for the better ;-)
