Khun    ไพศาล ตันธนวัฒน์ is a KU32 president.

As you can see, even he has huge power he said above to me.

The problems is not complicated as most persons said.

Simple solution is pluging in the right man to the right job of the right time.

The problem today happen because we allow bad persons to put the WRONG man to the WRONG job at the WRONG time.

2 years ago, when I am KPS committee, I know that it has 2027 staffs and I said to the meeting that 2000 from 2027 are good persons with over quality BUT the problem simply happen bcause those badly 27 persons are all promotion on high. And they did bad things negative to KU.

It simply belong to our own fault to allow that to happen.
