Can we tell a difference between a mad man and a genius? 

Van Gogh was both - a genius first before he became truly mad and cut his ear out.

Do we need conforrmity or diversification?  In US workplace, it's by law not to discriminate by age, race, and gender. 

Two things (at least) that a company can do/be:
