How could the concept of "freedom of speech" prevail and is often used if it ignores the heart and soul of the affected people?

Maybe that is what YouTube should know, learn and think before give a very unintelligent comment.

I think that the concept of freedom of speech has two parts.

The first part reflects individual, while the second part affects groups of people. Many times we take the concept of freedom of speech lightly and only focus on the first part.

We often say that I want to express my feeling freely, I want to have a liberty to give free speech. Well, what if your expression and speech negatively affect others? Don't the others have also the same right and the same liberty? Will you be responsible for your speech?
